Harold F. Damm

Harold F. Damm, Esq. (BA—Hofstra University, 1974; Juris Doctor with Distinction (Top 10%)—Hofstra University School of Law, 1978) has litigated personal injury, medical malpractice, and family law cases for more than 40 years. He was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1979. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He practices personal injury law, medical malpractice, and family law in Nassau and Suffolk Counties as well as the five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island).
